Hi there! :D

My name is Kayla, but you can also call me Rae. I’m currently pursuing a degree in Game Art & Design at Austin Community College. I specialize in crafting characters that feel alive, whether it's developing art for game projects or diving into personal illustrations that reflect my style. Each project is a new opportunity to tell a story visually.

Outside of my academic work, you’ll probably find me at a concert or adding new merch to my growing anime collection. I have a deep love for music, especially rock and alternative bands like The Strokes, RHCP, Blink-182, Alkaline Trio, Coldplay, Interpol, and Paramore, which inspire much of my creative process. I’m also a huge Star Wars and Marvel nerd with a passion for comics that keeps me diving deeper into their epic universes. Whether gaming, singing, or indulging in my favorite media, I’m always seeking new sources of inspiration to fuel my work.

For as long as I can remember, I've been ready and eager to make my mark in the world. While personal and financial circumstances have delayed my ability to take that first step, I'm more motivated than ever to channel everything I've learned and give my all when the right opportunity comes.
